The Motorola Jewel is a luxurious & elegant mobile phone which is called a jewel due to the truly jewel like design. The phone comes with a crystal cut & jewel effect designed casing which has a distinctive mirror effect. The handset is available in a subtle silver coloured casing complete with a stylish purple coloured keypad. This fashionable handset will turn heads on its looks alone & the jewel cut design reflects the light which makes this handset truly dazzling. The Motorola Jewel is also known as the MOTOJEWEL™. The Motorola Jewel has a flip action opening system which is easy to open to access the main screen & keypad. The user can view information including music information on the hidden external screen when the handset is in its flip closed position. The Jewel supports Bluetooth® technology which allows the user to connect their new Motorola Jewel to other compatible Bluetooth® devices which are up to ten metres away from the handset. The user can therefore use this wireless connection to transfer data between the two compatible connected devices without the use of cables. If the user wishes to use a cabled connection between their phone & a compatible device the user can use the USB port with a USB cable to connect the devices when transferring data.
