    Hi there, this mobile is really very catchy. Its an excellent phone. My buddy too was having the same phone and her phone once got locked. She unlocked that phone using unlock code available at http://www.onlinegsmunlock.com/motorola-q11/rs7wp9/ . I also heard from her that they also provide the unlock instructions along with it.
